Freedom?

This whole same sex marriage fiasco makes me want to puke. Freedom in America should not be subject to religious interpretation. Same sex marriage is not harmful or dangerous to anyone and the government has no justifiable basis to deny this freedom. None. Nada. Zippo. While I really don't see this ruling affecting my personal life directly (I have always been an opposite sex marriage kind of guy), the denial of freedom in the "Land of the Free" absolutely affects all of us. Mr. Bush and the rest of you self righteous religious fanatics, what part of freedom are you failing to grasp? You are free to express your opinion on this matter but you are not free to make your opinion a law that eats away at every American's basic right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness.
